Accommodations at the Carriage House Inn are comprised of thirty seven guest rooms and suites throughout three buildings. Ideally located in the heart of historic downtown Aiken, we offer premium accommodations within walking distance of Aiken's finest restaurants, shopping and area attractions. Premium Queen Rooms
The Premium Queen rooms are traditional guest rooms with one queen sized bed, custom designed furnishings and all the expected amenities. Premium Queen rooms are available in the Main Inn and Laurens Guest House (275 sq ft), and the Pendleton Guest House (325 sq ft).
Premium King Rooms
The Premium King Guest rooms offer one king bed and have custom designed furnishings. Premium King guest rooms available in the Laurens Guest House and the Pendleton Guest House. (325 sq ft)
Premium Double Rooms
The Premium Double rooms offer two full or queen beds. Premium double guest rooms are spacious accommodations with custom designed furnishings located in the Pendleton Guesthouse. (325 sq ft)
Premium Jacuzzi King Rooms
The Premium Jacuzzi guest rooms offer one king bed and whirlpool Jacuzzi tub. Premium Jacuzzi guest rooms have custom designed furnishings and some guest rooms have access to shared outdoor veranda. (400 sq ft)
Premium Queen and King Suites
The Premium Queen and King Suites are spacious accommodations with custom designed furnishings, den, and veranda overlooking the Courtyard. Some suites offer additional bedding with a pullout sofa or Murphy bed option upon request. Suites with kitchen and laundry room are also available upon request. Requests for suites with kitchens or additional bedding options are subject to availability. (650-800 sq ft)
Please Note:
The Main Inn & Laurens Guest House rooms are located on the 2nd floor and can only be accessed by stairs
Pendleton Guest House is 3 stories with an elevator for access to each floor.

All guests at Carriage House Inn enjoy complimentary continental breakfast daily and free Wi-Fi access. All guest rooms offer cable television, telephones, irons, ironing boards, private bathrooms, soap, shampoo, lotion, hair dryers and more. We welcome well mannered dogs for a $75 pet fee. Service dogs must present valid certification at check in. Rates may vary based on season and local events
